I am doing a science fair project (I am in high school). I would like to do a project relating to overclocking, I was wondering where I can get AMD processors for cheap. What are all the different types of cooling systems, and can two of the exact same type of processor overclock differently?
Please help me with this, Thank you in advance

1. Good online stores
www.newegg.com
www.mwave.com
2. There is all sorts of cooling options. From hundreds of air coolers, to water coolers, to chemicals cooling.
3. Yes two of the same( speed and make chip ex two 1600+ chips) they can overclock very differentally.

You can also check http://www.pricewatch.com where they compare online prices with other vendors or http://www.pricegrabber.com which does the same

Different types of cooling you have watercooling, different heatsinks and fans, different types of thermal compounds like Shin Etsu G-751,coolermaster premium thermal compound, Artic Silver 3 , Vapochill refrigerant type of cooling system, peltier etc etc.

hey, the kid probably wants his processor soon and right away! Ebay will take too long, bid, outbid, and never know if seller will get it there on time! Go with Newegg.com, I think some processor can be delivered within 2 days (and its free, make sure u read details)! :)
