Guessing your computer isnt stable with your overclocking level.. Try clocking it back to normal and play the game perhaps result will be diffrent...

Well, he said it freezes up with the stock speed levels as well... We're gonna need a bit more info before we can be of much help... What are your system specs? Motherboard? Processor? Memory? Operating System? Video Card? etc etc.

This is the only game that freezes.
Madden 2003 and Warcraft III run perfect:)

To start with another 256 Meg of ram will do good here
but to the actual problem
try swapping your PCIs devices around
then refresh the ESCD
then have Windoze redetect all the hardwares and re-install all the drivers ;)
if that doesn't work wi'll have to resolt to more drastic measures :t :p

If you haven't already, update to the latest video and sound card drivers... Also, what version of Direct X are you running?

Regardless of the version it doesn't hurt re-installing DirectX 8.1b
