My emails currently print in blue; however, I would like to change the default color back to black but can't find where to do that. Anyone???
Thanks!! http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif
I assume you are using Outlook Express.
Click on Tools> Options, clicck the read tab,, down the bottom you will see a button called Font. Need I say more?

Thanks, Lebo.
Yes, I am using Outlook Express (minor detail I forgot to mention ... lol). However, I have already tried that method. That only gives me the fonts available.
I'm assuming I need to change it somewhere in Windows because not only does it default to blue in my email, but also in Word and any other page that is printed if the font color isn't specified.
I have seen this option somewhere before but can't remember where it was. I have looked everywhere I know to look.

hello! Try going to Format, then Backround, then Color. You should be able to choose a different color this way. You can also use stationery if you like, it makes for a more interesting backround. Hope this helps! sharon http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif BTW, you find these options when you start "New Mail" in Outlook Express.

Okay that makes more sense. Open word, go to File>New.or just hit ctrl+N.
Here you select the email template, open it as a template. Click in the body of the email, select font, change the colour, hit the default button, accept changes to the normal.dot and all should be well.
