Hi
I just got an XP1900+ retailed (with heatsink and fan)
Everything is working ok, but the fan mostly makes a weird noise, like something inside is rattling.
This is very Annoying , like a tap dripping when you are sleeping.

please help me?

Sounds like you have a wire or cable making contact with the fan blades.

Maybe you should try to change the CPU Fan position, like rotate the fan and then screw it on again.

It seems that your fan got dusted too much - I think that a dust entered a place between the stator and rotor.
