I'm sure u guys allready know i'm noob to this kind of brand..

I went to www.s3graphics.com and clicked on drivers then Twister then it showed this site https://ranger.s3graphics.com/380drv/ My question is is it the one for my video card?

This laptop uses XP home

Do I have the proper and lastest drivers installed?

The S3graphics download site names the PCI IDs of the devices. Just go compare the ID in your screenshot with what the download page says. Besides, wrong drivers won't install, for exactly that reason ... driver installation procedure also compare the device's ID with the known ones in the install script.
