monitor and power?

trying to fix this nec 95f monitor

it keeps turning off by its self every 5 secs not mins secs. its not the screen saver because it powers off!!
I even try switching power plugs and cables still dont work??

any clue ??

its prolly the power management in the bios....try changing it or shutting it off...if not, go into the properties for the display and change them under power management button
