tearing on sierra city games

i have been trying out the 40.41 drivers and the are great until i play any sierra city game. anyone having this problem?.....i just started emperor rotmk...if you liked caeser3 or pharoah you will like this.

windows xp home...k7s5a mobo..maxtor 30 gb 7200 rpm hdd...256 mb pc2100 ddr....hercules muse xl sound card...msi g4 ti 4200 video card...pioneer dvd drive. note the tearing only happens with the 40.41 dreivers

I personally got back to v30.82 after lockups in Mafia with v40.41 ...

try Enabling the Vsync

so it wont teal :t
