I was moving parts from one case to another, and i noticed my Radeon 8500LE's fan was dust infested. I blew it off and stuck it in the new case.
When i booted the system, the fan is barely moving, and making a nasty grinding type noise.
Is there anyway to fix this problem? Is there anywhere I can get a new fan for it? Could i ask ATI for another?

Yes you could, but I doubt that they will help unless it's in warranty. Thermaltake and Vantec make VGA fans. I just replaced a fan today. I pried off the original, scraped the GPU and used thermal tape to stick on a generic aluminum fan. It's quiet and works great. I did have to splice the wires though.

Just pick up an old heat sink fan from an old CPU with a 4 pin adapter..stick it the the vid card heatsink with some epoxy resin, leave it to set anf forget about it... just make sure the fan is heavy duty enough to deal with the heat

The Crystal Orb is quite a nice little HS. It'll cool your ATI quite well. I use it to OC my GF2TI450. Good luck!
