Hi,
We have NT Server (NTFS). After formatting HDD we discovered that accidentally some very important files were not saved. How can we undelete them? Is it possible? Please help.
Thanks in advance.
Alice.
Well, what you can do is use a third-party utility such as "Undelete V.2.0 for NT/Win2k"..Do a search in a search engine and you will be able to find more info on it...

Start the NT setup again. Then when you are prompted, delete the partition it's on. Then remove the CD and turn the PC off. Then put your Windows startup disk and run fdisk.

Restorer2000 is a powerful utility, which can undelete files being deleted accidentally in NTFS partitions and even reconstruct formatted and corrupted drives.
