Well I noticed that PIC-X 2.0 has a throughput of 2GB/sec up to 4GB/sec & AGP 8x only has a thropughput of 2.1GB/sec... What I was wondering is if anyone thinks there will be such things as PCI-X 2.0 Video cards? Since the PCI-X 2.0 with have almost doubble the bandwith.

Nope.
Next interface which will connect videocards will be PCI Express (http://www.intel.com/technology/pciexpress/index.htm).

what im thinking is that they will be betetr than AGP :P but heh you never know...
