there are 2 types of video card from MSI,which one is better or more popular & more expensive;thx
1. MSI GeForce3 Ti200 Pro 64MB DDR AGP Video
with TV Out/nfiniteFX Engine/HRAA/DX 8.1
or
2.MSI GeForce3 Ti200 Pro-VT 64MB DDR AGP Video

Im also want to use this card to play some hardcores games & to watch dvd movies, do you recommend radeon 9000 or this card w/gforce3ti200? thx

don't get a radeon9k...you'll only be hurt in the long run. geforce3s are the way to go.

GF3Ti200 for hardcore games ? I don't know, maybe with fast enough processor ... ever considered getting GF4Ti4200 instead ?
But between your two options, I'd take the first one. VT (or similar sounding) versions are usually slower.

ya, the geforce 4 ti4200 only costs 10-20 dollars more and performs quite a bit better.

My friend has an msi gf3ti200 128mb and he bought it for $170. i bought my geforce4ti4200 128mb visiontek for $159. I have nearly twice his 3dmark scores and my processor is a bit slower than his...go with a gf4ti4200 :)

so far, where's a good place(reliable place like newegg) to shop around for geforce3ti200 & geforce4 ti4200, dont send me to pricewatch.com
a name of the vendor is what Im looking for.:rolleyes:

what about ubid.com. are they good especially on returning merchandise?
