How are you trying to install? Are you using Add/Remove Software or are you double clicking a setup execution file?

Hello.
I'm using Windows 95.
Why is it thay when i try to install IE 4.0 or 5.5, it wants to connect to the internet and DOWNLOAD the browser instead of installing what i've got??? I already downloaded the full downloaded version of IE 5.5 and saved it to my HD, and i have the MS installation CD for version 4.0.
Any ideas?
