Net Zero tweaks

a friend of mine just entered the internet arena. He is using net zero. some time ago i remember seeing some patches or tweaks that would eliminate the banners and add-ons that the free service puts on there. however, i can not for the life of me remember where i saw them. i have been searching with no success. if anyone could provide links, it would greatly be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I used to have the crack..
I went to http://www.Yahoo.com
and typed in "Netzero Bannerkill" or "Netzero banner crack" and sent me to pages that had it..

hehehe ... netzero banners are not difficult to manage at all. as of yet the cracks that i've done for them work great until they roll out a new version of their software. for the record i haven't written a patch for their latest version and i don't encourage the use of cracks to get rid of their banners (on this board) but if you can find my website then you may find some information that will interest you. it's not a patch, it's just information so do with it what you please.

Get this one, I have had really good luck with it. It won't get rid of the banners, it just puts them behind all your other windows, so you can use your full screen. Netzero will disconect you if they find out you are "killing" their banners. since this one doesn't "kill" it you are good to go http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif

NetZero isn't one of the final remaining free ISPs because their banners are easy to crack. They work hard at maintaining the integrity of that banner.

I have tried all kinds of cracks on NetZero. They usually work for a few days. Sometimes, even for a couple of weeks. But once they catch on, they just ban your user name from the system! Including your e-mail!
