UT2 Highspeed net, ping of 12000????

For specs, I have set my connection speed corectly and tried other settings just to see, but I my computer runs it great, then there's my internet connection, It's great stuff, goes wireless to an omni antenna then directly to 9 T1 lines, but from where my house sits we just barely get a signal. I get really fast downloads and all but whenever I try to play unreal 2, it gives me a ping of 12000:confused: help me please

p.s. one thing i was wondering is if there is any kind of not too expensive boosters for direction antennas.
