Boot disk that loads NIC drivers

How would I go about making a boot disk that will let me use my network in dos. I want to be about to make an image of my clients and save them on my server. I am using Norton ghost. The cards that I have are PCMCIA card Linksys PC. I believe that I have Dos drivers on the disk. Any help would be great.

norton ghost has a feature called 'multicast assist' that will build one of these for you. they work like a charm, i have a ghost disk for every system at my house that will allow it to multicast ghost sessions to an image backup server.
