i deleted many programs to clear up wasted space and memory
i now have an error message
when windows me boots i get the message
PNCRT.DLL IS MISSING
i tried to reload some the programs i deleted it didn't work
i also reloaded windows me it didn't help either
it is annoying but doesn't seem to affect anything so far

Pncrt.dll is needed by Realplayer to run. What you did was probably delete Realplayer without properly 'uninstalling' it. Now it's set to run at Windows start-up but the system can't locate that file since you deleted it. Here's three things you could do:

1. Re-install Realplayer, then 'uninstall' it from control panel.

2. Remove Realplyer from Windows startup.

3. Here is a link to the file if you want it, but you probably lost to much of Realplayer to use it

thank you for your help
it was the real player arcade that i deleted that caused the
problem
how did you know what program the pncrt.dll
was associated with
thank you i copied the dll from my old copy of real player
and it fixed it
