When I upgrade my GForce what manufacturer should I go with or does it even matter? There is a small difference in price with every place you check is this just due to their buying power or is there a difference in the card itself?

personally i don really care about which manufactorer it is. But for nvidia geforce Gainward cards revcieve great reviews on the net in magazines. But is it worth the extra money. I posted a thread on GF4ti42000 cards for sale at £90ish. So it depends how much these card are. If they retail at £140 then it isnt worth the exrta £50 but if they retail at £100 then they might be worth considering

In my opinion..YES the manufacturer does matter .I had a disasterous experience with a Radeon 8500 from Exair....Thought cheaper but same chip.....doh..wrong..They advertised it as a Radeon 8500 NOT the 'LE' version yet the performance was below that of the 'LE' version. 2 weeks on all sort of strange things happened then it just gave up Remember all it takes is the tinniest bit of wrong solder joint error and you have a nightmare on your hands as you try to find 'fixes' for a manufacturers lack of quality control. Have 3 computers and the graphics cards have never gave me a problem with the above exception. Cars in 3 machines are as follows:-
P2 450MHz with Genuine Voodoo3
XP1800 with ASUS 7000 MX2 400
XP 1800 with Leadtek A250 G4 Ti4400 (my gamer machine obviously :) )
You get what you pay in my opinion.

Inno 3d are supposed to be very solid manufacturers for a very low price :)
Creative and Leadtek are supposed to be pretty good and my last card was MSI which came in a great bundle :)

Yeah, I was thinking MSI. I've seen a couple of places that were impressed with thier software bundles.
Thanks for your input guys ;)

Yes, MSI is good. I have a GF3 ti200 from MSI.
Creative no longer makes video cards based on NVIDIA. They're 3dlabs now, since Creative acquired 3dlabs.
