You select cntl+alt+del to select this window, but is there a way to multi-select the programs to close in this window instead of having to re-select "cntl+alt+del" continuously until all of your programs are closed?

In Win98, if you have alot of programs running in the backround that you don't want to be there, type "msconfig" into the "Run" box on the Start Menu. On the "Startup" tab, uncheck any programs that you don't want load when Windows starts. Only "systray" has to be checked, and you'll probably want to leave your anti-virus stuff running also. Anything in the "StartUp" folder on the Start Menu will also load when Windows starts, so you might want to clear anything in there out also. When you reboot your computer, all the unnecessary stuff should be gone.

I'm unaware of any way to select multiple programs to close in the Ctrl-Alt-Del "Close Programs" dialog box.
