We use the Avery type labels, about 1-1/4" x4" (Appx) for product labels. What is some software that will let me create a batch of labels from a list?
Thanks in Advance....

Bsdboy 03-02-2001, 07:10 AM Did you try here: http://www.avery.com/software/index.jsp You might find a template for an app. you use. sns 03-02-2001, 07:20 AM My wife uses word now (I'm pretty sure ok?) but for some time she was using the software that Avery actually sent us on a floppy when we purchased some labels. It was a pretty old program. I think that ms word supports these label sizes. Not much help just going off memory because I know she runs off the labels but I dont bother watching on. I just did a search for Avery & found the s/ware Label Pro (must have been an earlier version because the later version costs $$ - the version they sent with the labels was a freebee). but like I said I have never reinstalled the s/ware because she manages with just word now. I'll check with her in the morning & get back. You can manually enter the info in one time and then print as many labels, or pages of labels for that particular address or piece information as you want. You can also link to external data in a database to retrieve your address or product information. If you have Word, just search the Help Topics for "Labels" MS Works and MS Access do labels too. ps. With any of these, all you have to do is tell the program the Avery label number, and it will automatically know the size and layout of the label sheet. Basically what we have is, say 100 entries with several pieces of info that need to go onto these lables. Unfortunately, each line and lable is unique. Thanks for the info...Keep it coming.. http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif Andy_L 03-03-2001, 12:54 AM Also in Star Office under "insert" there is a envelopes and labels section. SysOpt.com
