my dad has this 50mm Fan/sink (not bad either) that i thinkw as designed for a socket 7 chipset. I really have nothing to put it on except my TNT. Normally a perfect fit for a TNT would be a 486 fan/sink (40mm?) Is it ok if i put this sucker on there? or should i just get a 486 fan instead?

Also i found this 25mm sink..real small the size of a quarter...Whats this for? It looks like a perfect fit for my BIOS but that doesnt really need a sink does it? Wont kill anything to put it on tho right? unless theres another use for this sink

Stick that really small fan on your BX chipset. They can get kinda hot after a while.

Sorry, but I know next to nothing about TNTs. I'm a 3dfx man, myself.

its a sink not a fan...ok its on there =P
now what do i do wit the socket 7 fan/sink?
my q is should i tear off my standard dinky sink and slap this baby on my TNT?
or just save it for the future when i get a socket 370 thing (sme size as socket 7 if i aint mistaken)
