Hello eveyone!

Quick question, I have a Xerox workcenter M950(one of those multi-printer,fax scanner etc)
Everything run fine, until I try to print from my PC, Epox 8HKA+ M/B.
When I have a document(doesn't matter how small) it takes ages and I mean AGES to print out, if it prints at all.
The icon is on the task bar, even shows the document is printing.
The screen on the xerox says printing.
Thought it might be the cable, so I went and bought the cable that is recommended(IIE, something like that)
But stil nothing.
Is there something I have missed in the BIOS setup? or is it something else?
This is doing my head in.....

Thanks for any help..

:r

What in the heck is wrong with everyone all of a sudden? Do we keep a dossier on each member with the operating system of choice listed? Which OS is this?

If it's Win2K/XP, find the LPT port in Device Manager (it should be ECP - if it isn't, change it in BIOS setup). In the Port Settings tab, tick "Use any interrupt assigned to the port".

Well fire me for not putting the O/S in.
It's early...
It is win2k.
And thank you, is there anything else I should look for?
