Hye Evrybdyo, ....(spell check didn't wkro)

In my unceasing quest to learn how to program - I am asking you for help.

Ya, I know about Sun's site as well as Gamelan, both comprehensive resources, but what else is out there.

I ran into DeviceTop.com, another great resource, but it doesn't fall in sync with what I need in the way of training.

I recently purchased "Java2 In 21 Days."

My programmer cousin recommended it to me, and I am learning from it in my spare time, but I need more support than that.

If you have a site or suggestion on how to learn programming for someone who has NO programming experience, feel free to post' 'er 'up! http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/wink.gif

I jsut WnTde to thank yuo gyus fer ta haelp.

Michael

P.S. To all the moderators out there..SOCAL AND MNT..the spell checkers really aren't broken, its just ..."funny" http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif j/k

Hmmm... Don't know of any sites, but if you want some of my old homework assignments/programs, I can upload them to you.

~~Edit: I take that back, here's a link off of my professor's web site: http://silverstraw.com/java/

I have used that page to learn new things in Java such as file input/output, exceptioin handling, and so on.

And just in case you're interested, here's my professor's web site: www.ics.uci.edu/~klefstad (http://www.ics.uci.edu/~klefstad)
