I bought myself an asus motherboard from an online company. My warranty with the vendor ended and I found out that I received a defective product. So I called up asus and asked for an RMA. The lady said to send it out and they will attempt to repair it. If they can’t then they will send me out a new board. So I sent my board two day mail to them and it just got there yesterday. I was curious on how long they will take to troubleshoot to figure out that it was dead indeed. I called up RMA and asked the question and she reply 3 weeks. I literally said wtf on the phone. I just wasted 30 bucks on sending two-day mail and I won’t get it for three weeks? When my hard drive died western digital sent me a new hard drive two day mail and I had one month to return the defective drive or they would charge me for a whole new drive. Isn’t three weeks kind of shotty for one of their newer motherboards that are out?? Or is it just me??? Anyone have some info on this?
