i ust bought a dvd burner and i was trying to burn movies that i downloaded and it wont let me because is not the right format. odes anyone know what format is needed and where can i downloaded from and any good dvd burnig software

Most liekly the flicks youve downloaded are in .avi format.. this is NOT DVD format at all... DVD comes in .vob

i dunno if its possible to convert .avi to .vob although i doubt it... the only real use i can think of for a DVDRW would be for making copys of existing DVD discs or for creating large capacity data discs...

If he's gottan em offa kazza / imesh / morpheus chances are they'll be DivX/AVI though...
