how can i read CD's with .PAC file format/Image file

HI ALL,, Does anyone know how i can "extract" files from a cd made with the .PAC file format,,,similar to IMG file format .. tryed Winimage,,and ISObuster latest versions . None will view/extract the PAC format file extension.. The reasin: I reformatted a SONY VAIO notebook,, and the Application recovery Cd's are in the PAC file format ( not IMG),, and need to re-install a few apps off of the two Cd's if I can?? There's a program called kcap.exe that will allow you to unpack the applications from the recovery CD.
