What/where does windows pull off voltages and fan speed and temps from? What chip (or chips in genral) ((Like CPU would be Intel and AMD and Cyrix)(And Pll-ic Control, like winbond and ICS etc.)

Who makes the sensors for the temps/voltages or does anyone know the vb6 api or wmi code to get them?

vb is to high level of a language
BIOS programs are usually made in NASM
you would have to start altering hex and octel values.
or Use the Language of C with inline ASM

That would be a messy task
