I HAVE JUST CHANGED MY RAM FROM EDO TO SDRAM, MY SDRAM IS 64MB BUT MY COMPUTER IS ONLY READING 16MB OF IT. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

Your motherboard Must be Old and can only read 16MB of SD-ram
Solution: Buy ne Mobo and cpu and GET MORE RAM!!!! IT CHEAPER THAN DIRT!!!! n/k (not kidding)

Posting your motherboard brand and model would be a big help. The link above describes how to find it via the Bios number if you don't already know what it is.

after pressing pause on boot up, there is a load of letters and numbers at the bottom left of screen, they are:-
i430vx-2a59gsjhc-00
I havent a clue what they all mean.
Hope they mean something to you.
