Download Receiver?

I keep getting a message at boot say "Download receiver has unfinished tasks, do you want to continue when conneted to the Internet" or some thing like this. I know I terminated a download but cannot get rid of this message.:confused:

Look in the program see if a warning about download notification is enabled or disable whole prog from running on startup.

I have absolutely no idea of what program is causing this or where to go to find out. Any suggestions??:( :(

I think so too or go to msconfig and disable all your programs in there except windows stuff and see what happens when you restart.
