Alright, before I can ask you about overclocking, I need it to run at it's regular 1.4GHz speed. Everytime I set the CPU to run at 1.4GHz a blue screen comes up and tells me about a physical memory dump. It runs fine at 1.05GHz but if I wanted a computer of that speed, I woudn't have bought a 1.4 GHz. So what do ya figure's wrong and how can I fix it? Thanks in advance

Easy peasy - go into the BIOs and change the FSB from 100 to 133 - voila :)

btw do it slowly but surely - go to 115 first then 133 for example.. and to access BIOS hit delete or F1 key at first displayed screen at boot up :)

Since -- from your description it seems -- you are able to boot at 133mHz (1.4gHz) until a BSOD occurs, I'd look at your ram... is your memory rated to run at 133mHz or just 100mHz? Can you try less aggressive memory timings? Another possibility is a marginal heat sink/fan, or improperly installed HS/F... that 1.4TBird puts out a pretty good amount of heat... about 48watts at 1050mHz and 64watts at 1400mHz
