I will be getting a new PC in the next couple of months and was wondering which OS should I use -- NT 4.0 or Windows 2000.
My company will pay for either so price is not an issue?

Go with Win2k, both are great, both very stable but 2k is better in my opinion....as long as you have enough RAM so have 128-256MB at least. Everything I did in Server I can do here, and more.
I have a dual boot with NT4Server and Win2kPro and I havent booted to NT for many many weeks and am considering deleting it to free up space.

Win2K Pro.... don't even bother with WinNT4 its getting gran-pa'd pretty soon.
If you have USB devices or plan to use them in the future, I'd say to go with Win2K because NT4 doesn't support USB. Another disadvantage of using NT4 is that you can't access FAT32 without a 3rd party software.... Otherwise, they are very stable OS's from my experience!
