Iam trying to run games in win2k but they are so slow and jurky is it my video card? I have a onboard (3D Rage LT Pro) any advice? Thanks.

Odds are HIGH that it is your video chipset... you need a new video card (spending $50-100 will get you a card that is about 10-20x better than that one).

let me guess the chip is shared memory? Blah gotta love those. yeah you can get a decent card like joe Said.
Voodoo's has gone down in price since they were bought out. I have a voodoo 3 3000 i love it. works great in win2k also.
