what is DC++?
Will a file be currupted if I use more than one hub to download it at the same time?
do some hubs disconnect you after a certain amount of time like edonkey does?

DC++? what? LOL
Im just used to doing the parallel port connection with my sisters laptop. Let me tell you, ME to 98SE is probably the worst thing to try to communicate...EVER. Once I tried the connection with XP. Wow, the definition of plug 'n Play. Yow, I didnt have to even click and say, "hey i kinda want to connect so please work this time?"
Whats DC++? some sort of advanced form of the transfer? Like LANwise or firewire?
All I know is the parallel and LAN/Firewire Direct Connection. And from that you cant download one file to two areas...it just doesnt make sense...Im sure by now that you are talking about something totally different. But, since I dont want to erase the reply, I'll just post anyway :P

It is strongly recommended that you stay logon to the hub you are downloading from. Some ISO files do get corrupted if you resume it from a different hub.
I've never been kicked off a hub, however several times my connection has been broken.
