How much thermal paste?

I'm installing a Duron 750 in a new Epox board and the heatsink has a very small amount of paste on it. About a 3/4 x 3/4 square. Very thin too. Is this enough?

This should fix you up. You want just enough to fill any voids and low spots. Too much is as bad as too little. It only needs to be where the heatsink contacts the processor core.

I agree with fingers. You only need a very little amount. Helps release heat.
