Is it best to let Windows set it or is it better to do it manualy. If manual, what would be minimum and what would be the maximun setting. Thanks

I have to guess you are referring to "virtual memory", the hard drive space Windows uses for "swapfiles" when more space is needed than physical RAM provides.
