It appears that they are a front www.startfree.com (http://www.startfree.com) internet service.

I too was unable to access the dial-up access number page, probably overcrowded.

How about free DSL, www.winstar.com (http://www.winstar.com)
You get a 56k connect with ad driven browser. You submit demographics only with your surfing. Or if you want to pay you can upgrade either a few hours a month or you're complete plan......
Sounds good eh? Uh I changed to them after nonexistant service from Earthlink, http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/frown.gif but have been waiting since October for my proprietary modem. I have a tracking number, should be soon. I will let you know how it goes. I did upgrade btw.
