Is there more than hype to the V-92 ?
Does it offer more download speed as well as increased upload ?

The PC modem is far from dead, thanks to a new dial-up standard that promises increased speed and other features that partially narrow the performance gap with broadband services.

cool, I heard it will only increase the time it takes to log-on and increase stability. AND NOT INCREASE SPEED http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/frown.gif but i may be on the wrong page.(meaning i dont know what im talking bout...)
