Anyone know how to block an Outlook Read Receipt?

Hi guys,
I've getting really annoyed with all of the read receipts people are requesting in MS Outlook. Now, I know how to display the receipt requested field so I know who is requesting them, but I'd really like to somehow fool the read reciepts or something. Anyone have any tips? Some kind of advanced rule or something?

i've never tried,but i see in the options field,under receipts,you have the option of saying "never send a receipt".but knowing my luck that will stop your messsages from getting through lol.

Hmm, I had never seen that before. Unfortunately, it is greyed out for me. Probably because this is on an exchange sever...not internet transport.
