my CPU Athlon 1700xp, with 512 pc133 sd-ram and i open the WIndows Task Manager and while i playing and i check.. it used 100% msot of time..

why does this surprise you?
Every computer is different and will be displaying the graphics in varying forms, but every machine will be working the hardest it can to run games.

I dont mind it run over 100% cpu usage but the bad thing is.. when i playing CS i got those graphic lag.. (probably video card too sucky (voodoo 4)..:) those lag so lame.. i can't aim with awp.. czu it lag so badly..

they have plenty of tweaking info, and also see there links, you might just find some tricks there to tweak your system, make it run CS faster.
