i'm using partition magic to partition my 20gb harddrive on a win98 system.
i want to make a 4gb partition when it asks for the numbers i don't know what to put in.
i let it do it automatic what it has in the numbers box but when i apply the changes. it says does not exist. can someone tell me what to put in.

PM and Windows count 1GB as 1024MB. So if you put in 4096MB, you should end up with a 4GB partition when you get back into Windows.

Most hard drives count 1GB incorrectly as 1000MB, so if you try to chose 1/5th of the drive, your going to come up short.
