is there anyway to have a default background, when win2k starts up ( at the login screen )?

There are two items - Wallpaper and Background. Try changing the Background.

What I would like to do is have a default wallpaper at startup, while the logon screen is present. Once logged in the user would get there wallpaper from there profile ( if one has been setup ).
