wild mouse

Sometimes my mouse will go and open everything on my toolbars. When it acts up it doesn't
do anything until I move it. I can be on line or offline it doesn't matter. I try keyboard functions
and it doesn't respond it just makes a funny sound inside the tower. I cleaned mouse ball, even
tried a new optical mouse,no change. No viruses found. When I start in DOS I get an error in
drivers.
My mouse is a cheap scroll mouse. It came with a floppy disk with drivers for it. I installed it.
Could there be a conflict in drivers? Any suggestions?

I used to have a mouse like that a cheapo one that came my with my parents system as soon as i replaced it with a MS intelli Explorer it has been fine. That what you get with ceratin cheapo mice.
