I have heard tell of some Khajit called M'aiq the Liar or something like that. He tells you about some interesting stuff. Does anyone know if he really exists? Also, I heard that there was a talking mudcrab. Where might I fing him?

in the beggining of the game, in Seyda Neen, I talked to this lady about "latest rumors" and she said that her drunk uncle or brother or something said something about an underwater city. Is this true? Where can I find this underwater city?

You can find the talking mud crab merchant northeast of Bal Fell. The crab merchant has the most cash on him than any other merchant in the game by default (no plugins). He's located on an island and if I remember correctly, there's a tomb nearby.

As it turns out, M'aiq is related to that "underwater city". More like the city is a shrine. I know he's on an island. I think you leave Dagon Fel out of the east entrance and follow the path down to the beach. Long walk. You should be able to see a couple sets of pillars. You'll want to line them up and swim through the center to the island. You should be able to find M'aiq then. He's funny and good for a laugh. Happy hunting!
