A friend runs a soccer website for a small team and it has a forum. People do not have to log on to leave a message, they can call them selves what they like. Some people are bad mouthing. Is there a way he can find out who they are, or must he change the forum rules.:x

Accept bad mouthing? You're in England, where soccer fans are unruly, what do you expect?

Regardless, make 'em logon/login...

[go sheffield, oops, essex]
Here what you do:

Make 'em 'apply' for membership. Username, email.
Validate email, by sending them 'password' back to email.
User gets a little rowdy, no posty.

If you, oops, or 'friend' can't do this, why you/friend running website forum?
