in WinME, it's supposed to be under Program Files, but it doesn't list in windows explorer. I think I'm supposed to delete some old "WindowsUpdate" entries, but it's getting real hard to find. There is a MS writeup on it, but I can't use it so far.

Go to Folder Options -> View, under "Hidden Files and Folders" select "Show Hidden Files and Folders." Might have to uncheck ""Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)" as well.

DUH!!! Hell, I thought the thing was already set to show hidden. Thanks for reminding me. Feel a little like Homer right now.

Can someone tell how I can tell if I'm current with the critical updates for MSIE 5.5, including Service Pack 2? I would assume it would tell me I "help" that I have SP2 version, wouldn't it?
IE does ay I have update versions q269368, q279328, q286043, q290108...whatever that means. Haven't been able to find where to research these update numbers and what they are.
