i just thought i would say..

freezing batteries extends length of battery life even when it's dead :D

I tried that with a dead battery once before. Once it was totally frozen, and then thawed, and then dried, it only ran for about a minute. It would have been cheaper to just go buy another batterie instead of useing the electricity to freeze it.:p

the batteries on my remote died so i stuck it in a freezer for about 3hrs and put it back in and it works


does anyone know if shocking it actually works?

Next time the remote's batteries "die", try smacking the thing on your armrest. Usually mild corrosion at the battery contact causes the remote to stop working.

PS: Next time it stops, throw it against a brick wall. If that doesn't fix it, you'll probably need a new remote. :D

I actually watched a guy once recharging D cells with a car battery and a long screw driver. I told him he was nuts and found out later he was. ;)
