When M$ say 128Mb Minimum

Is this really the case or could I get away with 90?

Got a 128 simmy but quite a bit of it is taken up by on board
vid.

Big sis's machine & she's Soooooooooooooooo much of a tight wad.

Gues thats why I'm cleaning up her kids mr meanours
on PC :D

MS's minimums are just that. I wouldn't dare drop below them. MS says that the minimum usable memory for WinXP is 64MB. Go ahead and try it.

I would say dont go with out at least 128mb, I ran a system with 128mb ram for a few months with Xp and noticed a large performance increase when I added another 128mb. :t

Wanna see a system lag??? run XP with 64 mb ram. At least 128 if not 256. I run 1024.
