hmm i have the Voodoo 4500 32mb and my cpu athlon 1700xp, 512 pc133 sd-ram score (1159) .. and i search around MadOnion and find out taht soem even have under athlon 1700xp score more than me..

Check it out... Same video card Voodoo 4500 but different CPU.. i think the ram is to blame..

nope is not your fault
it's all those CRAZY people OC-ing their computers.

that's how they get that much speed.

if you check their FSB it's always off.
same for the RAM and CPU.

that's why i don't use their benchmark database IS TOTALLY USELESS, no one test with Stock speed anymore geez.

Ati Radeon 8500 or 9000 (dont tell me to buy Geforce 4 or wait for ati 9700 otehr wise i wont ask here...)

isn't the 9000 pro set at 275mzh?? also ATI RADEON stop producing 8500 they start making 9000/9700 ..

The Radeon 9000 is about as fast as a GeForce 4 MX. The r=Radeon 8500 is faster.:t

the 9000 pro is set at 250mhz.

grimfandango- The 9000 isnt that much slower than the 8500 it is actually faster in a number of benches and only falls back in few by a few FPS.
