need a .dll

HI all. I need a .dll file called SHRL30.DLL.

I tried looking at
http://solo.abac.com/dllarchive/

but they didn't have it. Wife brought home a compaq computer, it had MS encarta, and whenever I go to open it, I get the needed .dll message.

Thanks Dave, but all MS tells me is to grab it from my encarta disk, which (of course...) I don't have.

Anyone happen to have encarta on their hd's?

Oh by the way, if anyone does have that prog, I'm running (trying to run) encarta 2000.
