"Your system is low on virtual memory. Windows is increasing the size of your virtual memory paging file. During this process, memory requests for some applications may be denied."

What the h#ll does this mean? I have sceen it on two work stations. All P4's 1GHz + with over 512MB RAM and only 20% disk space used. :x

Oh ya only one program running! (ie. excel xp).

Thanks everyone!

Control Panel > System > Advanced > Performance.. The Pagefile should equal your memory amount initially and be expandable to twice that.
