this is a description of one of the games available for lindows, Too funny.
Ever get the feeling that nothing is going right? You're a sysadmin, and someone's trying to destroy your computers. The little people running around the screen are trying to infect your computers with Wingdows [TM], a virus cleverly designed to resemble a popular operating system. Your objective is to click the mouse on them, ending their potential threat. If one of the people reaches a computer, it will attempt to replace your operating system with the virus it carries. It will then attempt to run off the screen with your vital software.

P.S. I also heard they one their legal battle with microsoft. Seems Billy boyo wanted to shut them down as he claimed using the name lindows would cause confusion in the market place and cause consumers to purchase the wrong operating system. Gee as if nobody has ever heard of windows.

It looks like Lindows is gonna be about 200 times better than Windows. But can anyone tell me if it is gonna be free? They want you to pay to become an "insider", but they nevwer mentioned anything about the price if there is one. I hope there isn't, just like Linux.

It wont be free at all. I beta tested it and it is pretty poor imo. I felt like I was running windows 95 again. :(

lock-up after freeze after crash. ( I know it was a beta but we will have to see the final product I guess. :)

They are asking $99 for full install. But with that you get full access to their library of apps with what they call point and clik installs.
